the name thing
Do you read Design Mom? It has been one of my very favorite blogs for a long time. I have always loved the names of her kids, so when Ask Design Mom Week rolled around, I decided to ask her where she found her inspiration. And she answered! I had to figure I wasn't the only one wondering what the stories were behind Ralph, Maude, Olive, Oscar and Betty were.

That was very cool! You started a firestorm of interesting comments. I even saw the name Harriet come up once! And Jack and Henry, but no Jedidiah :-)
I still like your idea of using the names of characters from "Lost" as name inspiration!
For the record if I had more it would be Owen for a boy, and possibly Harper for a girl - (although Jed would have been Caroline and I still like that)
